Thomas M Gramling founded Gramling CPA in Tennessee in 2004. His previous experience as a CFO and President at an international engineering and industrial manufacturing company in Denver offered a strong foundation in accounting and tax preparation services for clients in Tennessee. Our professionals work with customers throughout the year, not just during the accounting or tax season to ensure that their company is functioning efficiently in all financial aspects.

Thomas M Gramling, CPA

Owner/President

Dynamic and personable problem solver. Thomas has been a CPA since 2000 and went on to start Thomas Gramling, CPA in 2004. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy and prompt, and works extremely hard for all of his clients. 

He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Wisconsin’s and received his – B.B.A. in Accounting and passed the CPA exam a year later.  

Aside from work Thomas serves at his local church and community. He has 3 daughters and loves to watch them dance competitively. Thomas also enjoys all things outdoors.

Gina Lasaitis

Bookkeeper/Accountant

A number crunching wizard with 17 years of experience in accounting for numerous businesses, Gina handles the bookkeeping side of the company for many of our clients. She believes that having well organized books is the best way to run a successful business. 

Graduating Summa cum laude from W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU, Gina was top of her class and has always been detail driven. Pinning her down has proven to be difficult as she has lived in Iowa, Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, Tennessee, and even in an RV for a year. Luckily for her, accounting can sometimes be done from afar, so Gina is our part-time remote employee.

When not organizing numbers for wonderful clients, you can find Gina hiking with her dogs, puzzling up a storm, relaxing in her hot tub, or biking to the brewery with her husband for trivia. She also has a passion for real estate and is usually remodeling or working on some sort of project that requires her to have paint on her hands or clothes consistently.

Stacy Dubose

Vice President Stakeholder

Stacy is the Heart of the Watertown office! Stacy was born and raised in Lebanon Tennessee and has been with the firm for 13 years. She works hard and diligently for all her clients. 

She graduated from Cumberland University in 94’ with a B.B.A. in accounting. Stacy was named new partner for the firm December 22’.

One thing about her is she loves college football, and roots for Alambama! Roll Tide!! Stacy loves going to the beach, but nothing holds her heart more than her grandkids!

April Erickson

HR Manager

She helps our clients by working diligently and has a lot of passion for every step of the process. April has been with Thomas Gramling CPA for a year and believes in what the company stands for and how we help our clients.

Graduating from Devry University, April received her medical billing degree and is excited to one day start a career in that field. 

She is a lover of the outdoors, such as hikes, camping, going to the lake and boating. When not at the office, April can be found spending time with her family, She is the mother of four so that keeps her busy and always on the go!
